I have been taking private Muay Thai lessons here for a while, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The instructor is highly skilled and very supportive, always pushing me to improve while ensuring I have fun. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the facility is top-notch. The reception and all the staff are wonderful, making every visit a pleasure. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in learning Muay Thai or looking to get fit in an encouraging environment.

Day pass 150 Bath including small towel and free chilled water. Training machines, free weights, cattle bells, cycling, running, rings, box sacks, toilet, shower. Anything you need.
For sauna and chilled dipping pool you pay extra. Same to Thai boxing lessons.
Carb drinks are offered too.
The downside is the wear and tear and corrosion everywhere. Bring gloves to avoid rust contermination of your hands.

Mac, Jay and Man are amazing trainers! They are skilled, knowledgeable, professionals, and their classes are so much fun. Evolve gym also limits enrolment, so you get a lot of high quality, one-one coaching. It's a great workout, and great value for your money.
